Apply one pump to the back of the hand and blend into the skin using a buffing brush. Working in small sections, start in your t-zone and work outwards to the sides of your face. Immaculate immediately transforms from liquid to powder as you blend.

- EXPERT TIP: A sponge is not recommended for application as it will not leave an even, flawless finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bye bye oily and shiny face! Bought a bottle in the colour 'Golden' and I was amazed! Easy to apply with a foundation brush, great buildable coverage, pigment well matched to my skin tone, beautiful matte finish and lasted all day & night. Don't be put off by the price as it'll do wonders for you skin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Next level As someone that has had horrible skin since high school, to find a foundation that not only offers outstanding coverage, but also helps to reduce the break outs is amazing. My skin has never been better!!! Don't know what I'm going to do though while my colour is out of stock....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best for Oily skin The only foundation that stays on oily skin (in summer) most of the day! I've tried many products and this is the only one that doesn't disappear by lunchtime! Skin prep is vital as it dries from liquid to matte powder so the product can accumulate in creases and bumps. Cover is buildable and fragrance not too strong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need to work with it but amazing for oily skin I've been sampling this stuff for a few months now and I love it. I don't think it works for dry skin and liberally applying moisturiser and primer first is key otherwise it will separate badly. You also shouldn't apply too much or it will clump and look cakey and I find using a buffing brush to quickly blend it out works best. I have really oily skin with a few small dry patches and when I apply this at 7am, it leaves me matte all day before I have to blot or touch up around 2 or 3pm. Powder isn't necessary but I still use a light dusting of powder especially on my nose where I am oiliest. Yes, you can use a concealer over it as long as it is really creamy (I use Nars creamy concealer) and you blend it out with a beauty blender. I definitely recommend using this in the wamer, humid season. It does oxidise so I found that I can get away with using the colour 'light beige' or even 'sand' but 'beige' is perfect for me (I'm between nc40 and nc42). Expensive but worth it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Seperates on my face I bought this foundation after I got a sample of it in America. I got the exact same shade and was happy until it started seperating on my face. I can't use it anymore due to it becoming clumpy. Very disappointed because of the price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hmm.. tossing up between 3 or 4 stars It's a decent product, it's long lasting, it looks natural and it really does set by itself.. but it's doesn't give me what I want out of a foundation. I have fair olive skin, dry to normal, occasional blemishes, very fine lines. The foundation doesn't sit in the laugh lines or fine lines too much which is good. Plus it's easy to take off at night without too much scrubbing or heavy duty make up removers. The cons: I found the formula to be a light coverage, not medium to full as it states and I couldn't really build up the coverage. I have redness around my nose, especially when I get blemishes, and it doesn't fully cover up the redness. I felt like I was using too much product per application for the cost. I bought it in the shade 'Nude', it's not an exact match for me, but it was the best match out of the range; it's a little more yellow than my skin is. I personally wouldn't buy it again as I know I can find something more suitable. With recommending to a friend, if I were to be honest it's a no, mostly due to the price, I think you could get something cheaper that is just as good.. but in saying that it's definitely not a bad product and if you're happy with lighter coverage and the cost it's fine. On a side note, my pump has starting playing up a little, it still works, but sometimes it seems like the foundation has hardened and partially blocked the nozzle and so at these times it comes out at a high speed and can go in all directions if I'm not ready to catch it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good but Not worth the price Average. Have used it maybe 6 times in the last 2 months only to try give it another chance. Regret buying it because it is so expensive. Need to use at least 3-4 pumps to get good coverage. Bought it because it was recommended since I have oily skin & live in humid conditions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money The worst thing about this is the scent- its horrible and so off-putting. Its also really hard to blend and settles onto dry patches- definitely not good for dry skin even with moisturizer and primer. It does feel lightweight on the skin but there is literally so many other foundations that are better than this and a quarter of the price.

Hey guys, planning on making a purchase on the foundation but was just wondering whether concealer goes well with this seeing as it dries to a powder finish. Thank you.

Asked by: jnfrp
I use the Nars Creamy Concealer on top of this foundation and it works really well, you just have to make sure not to use too much of the foundation itself or it will look cakey/separated like others have mentioned and the concealer won't blend properly.

Has anyone else had their pump stop working on them? I push it down, it doesn't come back up. So I have to push it back up with my nail.

I just purchased a bottle not long ago ...same problem , the pump gets stuck and I have to push it back up . A little disappointing for a very expensive foundation tbh :(

I purchased this foundation a week ago in colour Ivory. I have worn it twice and both times my work colleagues commented that it made me look at little orange. I purchased in store where I was colour matched. Is there anything I can do ?
