Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible flashback I was really keen to buy a good translucent powder so I bought this NARS one, and can I say it has terrible flashback. I watched a video of myself tonight and under my eyes was all white it was very embarrassing to see. Do not recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Powder! I bought this powder in the pressed version and exchanged it. SO glad I did. Its finely milled and makes my skin look great. Looks a bit glittery when swatched but the glitter does not show on the face.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely worth the price tag I've been using this for over a month now and will not be trying anything else! With a pearlescent sheen, which at first blush looks a bit shiny, but once you put it on it's truly translucent. It blends seamlessly into the skin without any glitter or sparkle, and, believe it or not, softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while setting foundation for a smooth finish. I will recommend this product to absolutely anyone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Fine setting powder Love this! A light dust in the morning over makeup and I find it keeps shine at shine for the whole day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shine killer I bought this powder to replace my old faithful translucent powder, and am really happy with it. It leaves my skin nearly shine free (even after a 10hr shift) and keeps my foundation where it should be! It also leaves your skin feeling silky!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great setting powder This powder has really grown on me. I didn't love it at first when I was mainly using it with a sponge under my eyes, but it's perfect for setting the whole face. A light dusting with a big powder brush gives a lovely silky finish and it has surprised me with how well it keeps my oily t-zone at bay. I haven't had an issue with flash photography, but I suspect that using this powder for baking or really packing it on would have that effect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dont take photos I bought this recently. It was amazing until I watched back a video of myself from last night. Under my eyes where I baked was completely white. I look like an idiot. So embarrassed. So angry. Be warned!!!

If I buy this product, can it be used for baking the under eyes ?

Asked by: Tugfe
You can use this product for baking and I find it gives quite a porless, smooth finish, however be careful of flash photography as it will make those areas of the face appear stark white in photos. This only tends to happen if you use a lot of product though.

What brush is best used to apply this powder?

Asked by: SAMMI22439
The powder is quite hard to pick up on a brush as it is so finely milled, I find I get the best results when using a beauty blender instead, and there is the upside of not wasting as much product.

Is this good for controlling oily skin especially around the t zone? Also is this good for a hot climate?

Asked by: Emilyyyyy
It is surprisingly really good at controlling oil on the t-zone, considering this product does not sprecifically claim that it will. However in the heat is where it fails, I find that working in a hot or humid environment the powder seems to clump together when coming into contact with sweat, this tends to leave me looking like I haven't buffed in my foundation after stippling.
